All classes are in-person, with an option to take online

It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Brickhouse Fitness offers fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. See the classes we offer below, and register today! When you register for an in-person class, you will receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link in case you wish to take the class online.

Zumba (R)

Founded in 2001, Zumba Fitness is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation!  Zumba exercise classes are "fitness-parties" that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.

A To Z Toning

Brickhouse Fitness' very own A To Z Toning class combines the use of lightweight dumbbells with an easy to follow dance workout. This workout is sure to burn calories, help tone muscles, and make working out fun! Whether you are 15 years-old or 75 years-old, you are sure to love A To Z Toning!

XTREME Hip Hop

XTREME Hip Hop is a high energy toning and cardio class using aerobic steps. The class was developed by Philip Weeden in March 2014 and is choregraphed to hip hop music. The instructor "calls out" the moves a few seconds in advance so that anyone, regardless of fitness level may participate. If you are looking to burn hundreds of calories and have fun at the same time, this class is one of the best.

XTREME Burn

XTREME Burn is a high energy cardio class set to upbeat hip hop music. The class was developed by Philip Weeden in 2018 as a follow-up to XTREME Hip Hop. Many of the same moves are used, except without the aerobic step. The instructor "calls out" the moves (high knees, kicks, punches, jumping jacks and more) a few seconds in advance so that anyone, regardless of fitness level may participate. If you are looking to burn hundreds of calories and have fun at the same time, this class is one of the best.

Brickhouse Strength

Brickhouse Strength will have you lifting and pumping weights, planking, performing burpees, crunching, balancing, and stretching to heart-pumping music. You will literally work every muscle in your body in just one class. Yes, you will be sore, but it will be worth it. We use barbells, dumbbells, aerobic steps, and mats, but we provide everything you need. Just show up.

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD isa 45-minute class combining traditional kettlebell swings and moves with heart-pumping music. Each song will target a specific muscle group while engaging other muscles.  Kettlebells just got LOUD!

WERQ (TM)

WERQ Fitness launched in January 2010, and has quickly developed into one of the hottest workouts in the United States.  WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class which builds cardiovascular endurance dancing to today's Top 40 Pop, Rock and Hip Hop music!  WERQ up a sweat on the dance floor to all your favorite charting hits!

Yoga

Yoga focuses on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.
