Service Description
One-on-one 1-hour session for Non-Brickhouse member using machines, dumbbells, barbells, and TRX, stability balls, medicine balls and/or bodyweight.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rates - Personal training sessions are available by booking request only. - Brickhouse Fitness members with an active monthly subscription receive discounted rates. - Non‑members are welcome at standard rates. Assessment Requirement - Before beginning personal training, all clients must complete: - An online assessment form (to share goals, health history, and preferences). - An in‑person assessment session with a trainer (to evaluate fitness level and create a personalized plan). - Assessments must be completed prior to scheduling the first training session. Training Options - 30‑Minute One‑on‑One – Focused, efficient sessions tailored to your goals. - 1‑Hour One‑on‑One – Comprehensive coaching with time for deeper progress. - 30‑Minute Group Training – Small group format for shared motivation and accountability. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. - Late cancellations or no‑shows are non‑refundable, as trainer time is reserved. General Notes - Your trainer will work with you to set realistic goals and track progress over time. - Brickhouse Fitness reserves the right to adjust scheduling and trainer assignments to ensure the best client experience.
