Service Description

Eight weeks of hardcore booty/glutes work using heavy weights, bands, and machines two days per week in person, plus an at home workout plan for the other three days, making this a five day training program. This training targets the glutes and hamstrings, but there is some upperbodytraining as well. Each session is 30 minutes.
