Meet Our Instructors
Brickhouse Fitness prides itself on having the best instructors in Stafford. Our instructors are licensed and/or certified group fitness instructors that are nationally recognized. They are required to be certified in CPR/AED, and they spend countless hours practicing their choreography to bring you the best experience in a group setting. Our instructors know their participants and genuinely care about each person.

Rosa Seward - Owner

Rosa Seward, of Stafford, Virginia, has owned and operated Brickhouse Fitness, a women-focused fitness center since 2013. Her mission is to change and enhance the lives of women by helping them lose weight, gain muscle, and live healthier.

 

Rosa received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University in 1998, and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2007. After working more than 20 years in healthcare, and seeing first-hand how most chronic illnesses are preventable, and/or reversible, she found her passion in health and fitness.
 

Rosa is a certified personal trainer, a certified group fitness instructor, and a Plate By Zumba® nutrition coach. She is a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor including Zumba Step, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Kids. She is also a WERQ® Fitness instructor, a certified Kettlebell AMPD® instructor, and she is the creator of A To Z Toning™, a fitness format using dumbbells choreographed to music. Rosa was voted best personal trainer in Stafford in 2021, and Brickhouse Fitness was voted best Fitness Center/Gym in 2021. Ms. Seward and her fitness center were also voted best top three personal trainers and gym in the “Best of the Burg” contest in 2019 and 2020.

 

Rosa is married to a retired US Marine, Joseph, and they have nine beautiful children, five of whom are adopted, and two grandsons.

Tiffany Seward

Tiffany is licensed to teach Kettlebell AMPD and Turbo Kick. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Norfolk State University, and a master's degree in Accounting with a Concentration in Public Accounting from Strayer University. She has more than 13 years Federal accounting experience with agencies in the Washington, DC area. Tiffany is Rosa's second oldest daughter.

Donna Rodgers

Donna Rodgers began her fitness career in 2013 as a student at Brickhouse Fitness. She soon after licenced to teach Red Warrior, followed by Zumba and WERQ.  She has been teaching various classes ever since.  Donna works fulltime with the U.S. Marine Corps. She is married and has three adult children.

Sheila Snipes

Sheila began teaching Zumba in 2019. She has been a member of Brickhouse Fitness since 2013, and turned her passion for dance into a parttime gig. By day, Sheila works at the Pentagon, and she runs her own travel . Sheila teaches Zumba classes every Tuesday evening.

Jennifer Kubilus

 Jenn is a licensed Zumba instructor, a certified Yoga instructor and a certified group fitness instructor with a background in dance education and gymnastics, working with diverse groups of students. Jenn looks forward to making a positive impact as a Group Fitness Instructor in Yoga, Zumba, and other formats and modalities.

Brittany Mickens

Brittany began her fitness journey at Brickhouse Fitness as a student. Rosa encouraged her to become a WERQ Fitness instructor in 2017. After teaching WERQ for a year, she decided to also become licensed to teach Zumba in 2018.  Brittany loves encouraging people to get up and dance and have a blast while exercising. Brittany, who was extremely shy, has come out of her shell and has met many new people, including her now fiancé! She credits her personal growth to joining the Brickhouse Fitness family.

Brandi Long

Brandi Long began her fitness career as a student here at Brickhouse Fitness. Her love of seeing results in a fun exercise opportunity led her to want to share that with others. She been leading classes here at Brickhouse since March 2023. She then added AMPD Kettlebell. She teaches on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Ceresh Perry

Ceresh is and Xtreme Hip Hop Fitness instructor, who began her fitness journey at Brickhouse Fitness in December 2017 by attending Zumba and Yoga classes. In July 2018, she started personal training with Rosa. In October 2021, she took the big leap and became certified to teach Xtreme Hip Hop Fitness, which is an aerobic step class that will help you burn calories and increase your cardio, while grooving to R & B, hip hop, gospel, go-go, and other music genres.  Ceresh added Xtreme Burn to the list of formats that she teaches. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, relaxing, exploring other recreational activities, and simply enjoying life.

Naadei Kotey

Wanda "Naadei" Kotey is a first-generation born Ghanaian American and the oldest of her three siblings. She became a licensed Zumba instructor in August 2006. Dancing and music have always been a love of hers, so she decided to fuse the two with her love and need for fitness. Naadei's mission is to embrace her cultural roots of Ghana, West Africa, while remaining authentic and easy to follow with movements that people of all ages can do or modify. Naadei believes that exercise should be FUN and not feel obligatory. Her quote: "Being fueled by the drum at a very young age, dancing was a huge staple in my life. The more intense the beat the deeper my soul would fill with joy and solace."

 

Naadei is the mother of Simone, Aiden Jeremiah, and Noah.  She resides in Stafford, and works full time for the U.S. Marine Corps as a Management Analyst at SYSCOM.

Tina Kimmel

Tina started taking yoga classes in 2013, and fell in love with the peace, strength, and inner work that her practice provided. In 2015 she took Teacher Training, through GoYOGA, and is now certified as a QiGong Breathwork Facilitator, Veterans Yoga through the VAYoga program, Children’s Mindfulness and Meditation through Heal Me Institute and is currently completing Children’s Yoga Teacher Training. Tina feels blessed with the most loving family; her husband Jack, one remarkable son and two incredible grandchildren. Having opportunities to grow up in New Delhi, India and Pretoria, S. Africa, seeing so much of the world, its so easy to embrace our global family.
